Insurance
I am an in-network provider with the following plans. Coverage varies by plan — I recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card to verify your mental health benefits before our first session.
Blue Cross Blue Shield
Aetna
Cigna
UnitedHealthcare
Harvard Pilgrim
Tufts Health Plan
Out-of-network & Superbills
If I am out-of-network with your plan, I can provide a monthly superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse 50–80% of out-of-network fees. I recommend using Reimbursify or checking your plan’s member portal to estimate your reimbursement.
Good Faith Estimate Notice
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before any service is provided. Please ask if you would like a written estimate prior to your first appointment.
